While we build structures, we also help build communities through our partnership with A Blessed Vineyard of Christ International Ministries (ABVCIM). As a company who values honor and integrity, we believe that we should honor the one true builder of all, the Lord Jesus Christ. Through our partnership with ABVCIM, we get to partake in building our communities for the better by engaging in mission-related activities: gift-giving missions, medical missions, relief operations, and many more.

Philosophy

Our objective is to provide our clients with an “Excellent Results and Enduring Quality” (EREQ) to the satisfaction of the end-user. Our emphasis on straightforward work ethics, clear and honest communications and follow through procedures ensures that client’s objectives are top priority beginning from the planning stage towards the execution and delivery of completed project on “time”.

Our project management and execution processes are:

Management Team

The company is managed and driven by experienced and competent management team led by the CEO, the President, and Vice President along with roster of talented managers, superintendents, administrative officers and staff. Collectively they accumulated number of years of work experiences in the construction industry. They are involved in the business development, project management, procurement and administration of the company.


The management is continuously developing and improving the established business model by proactively gathering feedback, identifies changes in business environment, reviews work processes and communicates key learning points and company policy to all staff at regular meetings and training sessions.
